Our inventory of greenhouse gas emissions statistics:
1997 Kyoto Conference, the world's advanced countries develop in response to the direction of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and measures.
In recent years, countries around the world have established a consensus on greenhouse gas emission control. August 2007 to promote greenhouse gas inventory operations, the establishment of greenhouse gas inventory management system, and actively carry out greenhouse gas reduction, the range encompasses Taiwan and mainland China production base in order to achieve reduction of carbon dioxide emissions targets.
We’re based care about global climate change, protect the earth's resources, and fulfill responsibilities of corporate citizenship, according to the International Standards Organization (ISO) control of greenhouse gas trends and response to future greenhouse gas reduction requirements, conduct an inventory of greenhouse gas emissions inventory and systematic build, while creating an internal document of verification procedures and to provide future improvement of effective reduction of reference.
In the future, in addition to greenhouse gas emissions will continue to promote controls to reduce operating costs, and reaching both resource efficiency, energy conservation, environmental protection, sustainable energy development, common for the industry towards a low carbon economy and society to work.

Most recent period covered by the report for 2007, is the first official inventory of greenhouse gas emissions.

Note 1: Direct emissions of greenhouse gases (scope 1 emissions): Includes (1) stationary fuel combustion equipment, (2) process emissions, (3) Transportation on the mobile combustion sources, (4), fugitive emissions source (such as: fire-fighting facilities, refrigerant oven, etc.). HCP-total direct emissions of 34.56 tonnes CO2e / year, the total emissions of 1.11%; GZP-total direct emissions of 3228 tonnes CO2e / year, the total emissions of 8.6%.
Note 2: Energy indirect greenhouse gas emissions (scope 2 emissions): The main sources of purchased electricity and purchased steam, HCP energy indirect emissions of 3080.26 tonnes CO2e / year, the total emissions of 98.89%; GZP energy indirect emissions of 34,241 tonnes CO2e / year, accounting for 91.4% of total emissions.
